If you have logged in via the app please use that password to login.
NOTE: Changing the password on the website will change your password on the app.
Step 1:
- Navigate to https://tradersreserve.com
- Click the “login” button top-right corner of the screen
Step 2:
- Click “Create New Password or Forgot Your Password“
Step 3: Create Password
- Enter your email address and click “Reset Password“
If the email is valid you will see the screen with “Password reset email has been sent“

Step 4: Check Your Email
- Check your email for a password reset message.
Please allow 10 minutes for the reset email to be delivered. If you don’t see it in 10 minutes check your spam box.
- Click the link “Click here to reset your password“. This will open a browser window to allow you to set your own password.
Step 5:
- In the browser window. Click the box for “New Password” and type your password
- Re-enter your password
- Press “Save“
Passwords must be at least 9 characters long. We recommend using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special symbols like ! ” ? $ % ^ & ).
Step 6:
- If the login screen appears type your email or username
- Enter your new password
- Check the “Remember Me” box
- Press the “Log In” button.
